Intervention1: PANCHATIKTA GUGGULU GHRITHA - TABLET: Tab - Panchatikta guggulu ghrita -3 -0-3 twice daily before food with warm water for 30 days ( 3 gram in divided dose) Follow up : Once in 15 d

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects were selected irrespective of gender, occupation, chronisity and age above 45 yrs. 2. Subjects suffering from Asthikshaya with all the classical symtoms. 3. Subjects diagnosed to have Osteopenia and Osteoporosis based on objective parameters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects having other systemic disorders which decline the general condition and interfere with the course of the disease and its management. Like 2. Multiple myeloma, 3. Osteomalacia, 4. Chronic kidney disease-bone and mineral disorder, 5. Primary hyperparathyroidism, 6. Metastatic bone malignancy.
