Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients undergoing trabeculectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: bleb infection patient who did not give consent patient already on antimetabolite therapy

MeasureTime frame
trabeculectomy done with mitomycin c rendered good cystic functional outcomeTimepoint: 6 weeks post operative evaluation of bleb through UBM

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
to study the role of mitomycin c in functional status of trabeculectomy blebTimepoint: 6 weeks gap in between surgery and the bleb monitoring
