Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Included all the patients diagnosed with MI, AF, atherosclerosis, and CVA.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients age less than 18 years, incomplete basic, laboratory and physical information of the patients with a history of CVD and not willing to participate in the study.

Participants having the outcome of interest referred to as cases, whereas other do not have the outcome of interest referred to as controls. Assesses the nutritional choline diet in both groups.
