Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) ASA Grade 1 and 2 patients undergoing maxillofacial study b) Age: 18 years and above c) Admitted for surgery of either tumor or fracture of facial skeleton d) Duration of surgery more than 2 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Patientâ??s refusal to participate in the surgery b) Patients with obstructive sleep apnea or any respiratory diseases c) ASA Grade 3 and above d) Duration of surgery less than 2 hours e) Patients with cognitive impairment and impairment of verbal communication/speech f) Patients on analgesic medication for chronic pain g) Patients with significant cardiac disease h) Patients with history of allergy to any study drug
