Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Multiloculated empyema Trapped lung Inadequate drainage of empyema despite chest tube Persistent bronchopleural fistula with collapsed lung

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not fit for double lumen intubation

This study is done to assess the hypothesis that patients with uniportal VATS will have early drain removal, shorter hospital stay and lesser airleak. Patients with uniportal VATS approach will have minimal postoperative pain, minimal or no relapse rate . Timepoint: At 7days,2 weeks,4 weeks
