Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Multiloculated empyema Trapped lung Inadequate drainage of empyema despite chest tube Persistent bronchopleural fistula with collapsed lung
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients not fit for double lumen intubation
