Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women with a period of gestation of 11 weeks to 16 weeks will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All pregnant women with 16 weeks of gestation age will be excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Perinatal and maternal outcome-associated anomalies Invasive tesing if done-result. If terminated , autopsy report. If continued- fetal echo at 18-22 weeks. If fetal echo is normal/abnormal follow up till deliveryTimepoint: 2 years study—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
If any abnormalities found in fetus, then patients are followed till delivery and baby after delivery. Then outcome will be entered.Timepoint: 2 years study—
