Inclusion criteria: Male: Infertile males with age more than 22 years and less than 50 years Female: Infertile females with age more than 22 years and less than 35 years

The proposed study is expected to have a thorough understanding of the basic differences between IVF and ICSI derived sibling embryos in relation to developmental potential and its intrinsic metabolismTimepoint: 3 years

The knowledge generated through this study may give an idea about the insemination technique that better maintains the viability of the human preimplantation embryos thereby choosing the right insemination procedure for a given infertility condition to improve the ART outcome.Timepoint: 3 years
