Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age: 18-60 years • Either gender • ASA grade II and III • Elective anterolateral thoracotomy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patientâ??s refusal • Obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m2) • Pregnancy • Spinal deformity • Coagulopathy • Local site infection • Allergy to drugs • Psychiatric illness • Cardiac disease • Hepatic/renal dysfunction • Patients requiring post-operative ventilatory support
