Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elective cardiac surgery patients with PA catheter insitu patient fit for early extubation ejection fraction 45%or more of the Cardiac output ASA-II/III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardia surgery with NYHA IV Ejection fraction less than 45%of cardiac output ASA III/IV/V
