Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 - 80 years Planned for non-left main coronary intervention (PCI to LAD/LCX and their branches) Absence of significant Left main disease ( Patient who can give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with renal insufficiency (serum creatinine >1.5mg/dl) Previous left main stenting Patients admitted with Myocardial infarction (STEMI/NSTEMI)/ Cardiogenic shock Previous CABG
