Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players from sports academies with age group 17-25 years. Both male and female. Experience of 1-2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Shoulder Injuries. Low Back Pain. Lower Limb Injuries. Recent Surgery. Customized diet. Special Diet.
