Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: K/C/O THALASSEMIA PATIENT WILL BE PREFERRED HAVING LAKSHANAS OF SANNIPATAJ PANDU AGE BETWEEN 20 TO 40 YEARS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/C/O HIV HBV INFECTION HEPATIC FAILUERE OR SUCH MAJOR ILLNESS WILL BE EXCLUDED PATIENT HAVING HAEMORRAGIC DESORDERS LIKE COAGULATION FACTOR DEFICIENCIES HEAMOPHILIA THROMBOCYTOPENIA PREGNANT WOMAN ANY MAJOR SURGICAL INTERVENTION LIKE SPLENECTOMY WILL BE EXCLUDED
