Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Playing chess for minimum of 6 months with good amount of experience with previous participatory certificate in any tournaments 2. Normal BMI 3. SCAT score > 17 (average or more level of anxiety)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of surgery or recent wound on the area to be intervened 2. Diabetic & any other systemic issues 3. Medications affecting ANS control 4. Pain at the area to be intervened 5. Skin related disease or hypersensitivity to skin 6. Habit of chronic smoking 7. Prolong practice of yoga/meditation.
