Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Multiloculated empyema Trapped lung Inadequate drainage of empyema despite chest tube Persistent bronchopleural fistula with collapsed lung Patient diagnosed to have chronic kidney disease with or without haemodialysis/ peritoneal dialysis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Empyema secondary to oesophageal rupture, tuberculosis, mediastinitis, fungal infection, post traumatic Post-operative empyema
