Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects with healthy periodontium. sunjects who have not received periodontal therapy for the last 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases. patients who are currently using mouthwash patient who have taken antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs for the past 3 months pregnant and lactating females patients who undergoing orthodontic treatment
