Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active knee extension test inability to reach 70 degree or more of knee extension swimmers and non swimmers both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower extremity injury in the past 3 months Neurological conditions affecting lower limbs Active Infection Open Wounds Allergy to chlorine Systemic Illness Hydrophobia Individual with recent history of cough, cold and fever
