Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA1 & ASA2 Patients. 2) Age between 3-12 years. 3) Patients of both sexes. 4) Infra umbilical surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of patients attendant. 2)Patient with any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia. H/O local anaesthetic allergy /hypersensitivity. 3)Malignant condition. 4)Immunodeficiency. 5)Use of anticoagulants. 6)Children with haematological disease. 7)with existing acute infection. 8)endocrine disease. 9)Electrolyte imbalance. 10)Hepatic and renal dysfunctions. 11)H/O chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
