Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male& female patients with covid 19. Patients who are willing to participate in the study. Patients with definite diagnosis of COVID-19 Patients who required additional oxygen supplementation (HFNC) Age group of >30 years both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on mechanical ventilator COPD or any other respiratory disease Moderate or severe heart disease (grade 3 or 4, New York Heart Association) Severe ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke or any neurodegenerative disease. Unwillingness to participate in the study
