Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Drug; Amalaki choorna 6gm twice daily is given along with water is given twice daily to one group as mentioned in charaka samhitha . Bramari pranayama as mentoined in B K S IYENGAR is advocated twice daily for 5 min book to next group Both amalaki choorna and Bramari pranayama is advised to other group DurATION;30 Days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known cases of diabetes mellitus, hypertension and other systemic diseases 2.Known cases of psychiatric illnesses 3.With menopausal symptoms association , 4.Pregnant women
