Inclusion criteria: All the patients of paediatric age group (birth - less than 12years) who presents with : 1. Meningomyelocele 2. Encephalocele 3. Tethered cord

HEMODYNAMIC PARAMETERS: HEART RATE MEAN ARTERIAL PRESSURE(MAP) SPO2 END TIDAL CO2(ETCO2) BLOOD LOSS FLUIDS INFUSED BLOOD AND BLOOD PRODUCTS INFUSED COMPLICATIONS: CARDIOVASCULAR: BRADY AND TACHYCARDIA, HYPO AND HYPERTENSION RESPIRATORY: HYPOXEMIA, BRONCHOSPASM, LARYNGOSPASM, ENDOBRONCHIAL INTUBATION, ACCIDENTAL EXTUBATION Timepoint: Every 15minutes Intra operatively.—

DURING INDUCTION: Induction agent Position during intubation Intubation attempts Whether difficult intubation or not Inhalational agent and muscle relaxant used POST OPERATIVELY: Hemodynamic status (Heart rate, Mean arterial pressure, Spo2) Need for Icu/Mechanical ventilation Post operative complications. Timepoint: For first 24hours after surgery.—
