1.To study the incidence of polyuria in patients undergoing surgery for pituitary tumours in the intraoperative and immediate postoperative period. 2.To determine the cause of polyuria (diabetes insipidus, syndrome of inappropriate ADH secretion, cerebral salt wasting syndrome) Timepoint: Baseline,On all the days of Polyuria
