Intervention1: Metoprolol: Tab Metoprolol 50 mg per oral one night before surgery and Tab Metoprolol 50mg per oral one hour before surgery. Duration- stat dose only. Control Intervention1: Ivabradine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients posted for elective Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery 2. Patients falling under American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Class 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. ASA Physical Status class 2 and above 3. Age 17 years and below, 60 years and above 4. History of chest pain, palpitations, syncope 5. Baseline heart rate 6. Baseline systolic BP 7. Abnormalities in pre-operative ECG
