Intervention1: Vamana & Virechana Karma: Vamana will be done with Madan Phal Pippali + Vacha Churna + Saindhav Lavan and Virechana will be done on 15th day of Vamana and will be done with Draksha Chur

Inclusion criteria: Patients ready to give informed consent T3 Level T4 Level TSH > 4 mU/L Yogya for Vamana & Virechana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ayogya for Vamana & Virechana Pregnancy or lactation Congenital / diffuse Goitre Chronic obstructive lung disease Iodine deficiency Goitre Thyrotoxicosis Thyroiditis
