Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged > 18 years admitted to ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of hydro uretero nephrosis 2. Presence of arrhythmia 3. Presence of Renal artery stenosis 4. Pregnant patients 5. Need for emergency dialysis 6. Poor ultrasonographic renal window 7. Patients Unwilling to participate in the study 8. Patients with Chronic kidney disease
