Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: �Athletes with a history of pain over the medial and lateral aspects of shin �Athletes participating actively in track and field events or undergoing active sessions on training. �Subjects willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: �Recently diagnosed fractures within 3 to 6 months and compartment syndrome. �Open wounds over lower limb. �Athletes diagnosed with hematological conditions such as DVT, Varicose Veins, Hemophilia, Anemia etc. �Diagnosed dermatological conditions including skin infections.
