Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Antenatal women of gestation age 11-14 weeks 2. Singleton pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not giving consent for the study 2. Known case of antiphospholipid antibodies (as they would be on enoxaparin and or heparin), diabetes 3. Nonviable pregnancy, major structural anomaly in fetus requiring termination of pregnancy
