Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All individuals aged 18-50 years in selected villages and wards of study sites will be eligible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, self reported diabetes, hypertension, heart disease or other mental disorders, physical disability that limits from physical activity will also be excluded.
