Intervention1: yoga training: one hour per day for 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Control Intervention1: Age matched control group: No training period as they are control group

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Willingness to participate in the study 2.Pre-clinical medical Students in the age group of 18-22 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students who are regularly practicing yoga or any form of meditation. 2. History of smoking and consumption of alcohol. 3. Individuals with any other systemic disorders
