Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) known cases of COPD willing to participate 2) Patients with mild (FEV1 less or equal 80% predicted) and moderate (more than or equal to 50% to more than 80% predicted) grade of COPD according to GOLDs criteria 3) Patients with MMRC grade 2 and 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with history of rib fracture in past 6 months 2) Patients with active infections 3) Sensory deficit. 4) Instability in the articulates which are involved in the technique. 5) Spinal cord injury above T11 vertebrae.
