Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All critically ill adult trauma patients aged 18-60 years,admitted to ICU within 2 days of hospital admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal by patients or patients relative to give consent. Patients having contraindications to statins. Crush injury. Diabetes mellitus patients. Stroke patients. LFT derranged or liver failure patients. Patients admitted only for observation of post operative elective general,orthopaedics or neuro surgery cases.
