Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients of ages newborn to 18 years 2.Diagnosis of idiopathic, syndromic, or another form of clubfoot 3.Parental / guardian permission (informed consent) and, if appropriate, child assent ( > 7 years of age)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are registered in the study but donâ??t come for treatment visits, or who were registered outside the time period specified

MeasureTime frame
Average number of casts, rates of Achilles tenotomies, Pirani scores at each visit, rate at which patients drop out of treatment during casting and bracing phases, common complications, referrals to surgeryTimepoint: Assessment will be done at baseline, monthly for first 6 months, 3 monthly till 2 years of age and then 6 monthly till skeletal maturity
