Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I. Medical, Physiotherapy and Nursing female students of regional medical university. II. Age group 18-35 years III. Willing Participants IV. Participants were diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea according to pathos-physiology of dysmenorrhea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Hypertension, Diabetes, any other chronic disease II. Secondary Dysmenorrhea. III. Any Neurological and Cardiological disorder. IV. Irregular periods
