Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: � Recreational sprinters who practice for more than 3 times per week � Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any Soft tissue injuries less than 6 months. Fracture of lower limb less than a year. Low back pain. Any diagnosed neurological deficit. Any diagnosed health condition which is a contraindication to exercise protocol.
