Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged > 18 years with ischemic heart disease, naïve to statins, and underwent angioplasty between October 2020 to September 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unstable, having severe pulmonary edema or very sick and old patients. 2. Patients who refuse to give consent.
