Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signs and Symptoms of Dry Eye Syndrome i.e.Dryness of Eyes,Foreign Body Sensation,Itching,Burning Sensation,Photophobia,Transient Blurring of Vision,Crusting of Eyelids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient in the age group less than 18 years and more than 60 years, Dry Eye due to any local cause e.g. Allergic Conjunctivitis, Xerosis etc, Dry Eye due to systemic disease like Sjogrenââ?¬•s Syndrome, Patients on Steroids, Oral Contraceptive Pills, Estrogen Replacement Therapy or any other medication such as Antispasmodic drugs like Atropine that may adversely affect the outcome of the study, Persistent contact lens users, Patients having chronic debilitating diseases like HIV, Tuberculosis, Malignancy, Diabetes Mellitus(Suffering from more than 10 year).
