Intervention1: comprehensive counselling programme: counselling, one session per individual per week for one quater and follow up session every quarter for 01 year. Intervention2: Tab.Zinc Sulphate 20

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PLHIV whose age is in between 18 years to 60 years. 2. PLHIV having viral load less than 40 copies/ml 3. PLHIV who underwent CD4 cell count test past within one month before the commencement of data collection and having CD4 cell count above 100cells/mm3 4. PLHIV who will give consent. 5. PLHIV who can follow the instruction in Kannada/Hindi/ English 6. PLHIV who are physically and mentally stable. 7. PLHIV who is willing to participate and are available during data collection. 8. PLHIV who are regularly attending ART since last 03 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PLHIV who is not free from severe opportunistic infections and not able to provide data. 2. PLHIV females who plan to have children.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
After the implementation of selected health care interventions overall wellbeing of PLHIV will be enhanced & sustainedTimepoint: AFTER COMPLETION OF ONE YEAR FROM THE BEGINNING OF STUDY PRIMARY OUTCOME WILL BE ASSESSED.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
After the implementation of selected health care interventions overall wellbeing of PLHIV will be enhanced & sustainedTimepoint: SECONDARY OUTCOME WILL BE ASSESSED AT QUARTER ONE, QUARTER TWO, QUARTER THREE AND QUARTER FOUR
