Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Follow up of elective endoscopic thyroidectomy by bilateral axillo-breast approach technique.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patientââ?¬•s refusal 2. intraoperative conversion to open thyroidectomy 3. any pre-existing anterior neck pain 4. presence of any coexisting chronic pain syndrome 5. the inability of patient to understand numerical rating score(NRS) despite instructions 6. any disease with pre-existing neurological and neuropathic comorbidities.
