Intervention1: BALLISTIC SIX PROTOCOL: The Ballistic Six exercise uses thera-band latex tube (red) and fitness balls (2-lb for one extremity training / 6-lb for dual extremity training). Exercises: 1)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects of both genders between the age of 18 â?? 25, who are active recreational players and have been playing badminton for over a year will be included, also participantâ??s BMI will be about 18.5 kg / m2-24.9 kg / m2 of standard range.
