Control Intervention1: udumber ksheersutra: udumber ksheersutra obtained from latex of fig tree, 11 coatings of this latex were applied over a barber thread and this ksheersutra is applied in fistula

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient willing with consent. 2. Patient with age group of 18 to 60 years. 3. Patients with clinical features of Bhagandara(Fistula in ano)will be included after screening. 4. Patients irrespective of sex, occupation and economic status will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering with systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, HIV and Hepatitis will be excluded. 2. Patients having Multiple Fistula in Ano Hemorrhoids Pregnancy Anaemia

Primary out come of this study is to comparae efficacy of Udumber Ksheersutra and combination of Udumber Ksheersutra with Dhatri Rasayan orally as adjuvant in the management of Bhagandara (Fistula in Ano) .Timepoint: Assessment will be done weekly for 4 weeks.
