Inclusion criteria: asa physical status of 1 and 2 elective spine surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refusal allergy to any study drugs patients with previous neurological symptoms psychiatric diseases history of chronic pain syndrome patient on chronic opioid medication BMI 40 Difficulty in assessing postoperative pain
