Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Multigravida mothers with at least one live birth Multigravida mothers with no high risk factors Singleton pregnancy, term gestation Mothers who are literate in kannada Mothers who have access to a smart phone within family Mothers who uses whatsapp for communication on her mobile device

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For Antenatal Study -Mothers not willing to exclusively breast feed for 6 moths -Mothers who have exclusively breast fed their babies for 6 moths i previous pregnancies. -Mother with retroviral disease and COVID-19 illness. -Mothers prevoously educated with video on breastfeeding technique. For Postnatal Study -Mothers Who are not able to breastfeed within 48 hours after delivery. -Mothers with postpartum complication admitted in intensive care unit. -Primary Lactation Failure. -Mothers on drugs contraindicated for breastfeeding. -Infants with orofacial malformations. -Infants admitted in NICU.
