Intervention1: Umbilical cord milking: Intact umbilical cord will be milked at 25 cm from the stump , 3 times towards neonates with time interval to allow refilling of placenta and then cord clamped 2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Vigorous Neonates >= 35 weeks delivered by caesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-vigorous requiring resuscitation at birth Excessive post partum hemorrhage and cord trauma/avulsion Antenatally diagnosed fetal anaemia, isoimmunization or hydrops
