Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients from 20 â?? 65 years of age. 2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists Grade I and II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preexisting infection, scar at the proposed block site. 2. Any allergy to local anaesthetics. 3. Preexisting neurological deficits, bleeding diathesis, any H/O neuropathy. 4. Patients having chest wall /vertebral deformities

SECONDARY OUTCOME 1. Numeric pain score will be recorded 15 mins post operatively, followed by every hourly till the time rescue analgesia is given. 2. Haemodynamic changes (Heart rate and Mean arterial pressure) will be monitored and recorded at pre block (baseline) post block, after intubation, at skin incision and for every 15 minutes intra operatively. 3. Block related complications.Timepoint: For post operative pain free period.	—
