Intervention1: PARTIAL CARIES EXCAVATION IN SINGLE STEP: AFTER PARTIAL CARIES EXCAVATION PULP CAPPING WILL BE DONE WITH CALCIUM HYDROXIDE IN ONE SUBGROUP AND CALCIUM ENRICHED MIX IN THE OTHER SUBGROU

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Permanent posterior teeth exhibiting primary deep caries 2.Positive response to the cold test and electric pulp test 3.Absence of spontaneous pain. 4.Negative sensitivity to percussion. 5.Absence of mobility, sinus, fistula.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with extremely deep caries defined as radiographic appearance of radiolucency appearing to penetrate the entire thickness of dentin and involving the pulp. 2.Patients with any clinical or radiological signs of pulp necrosis. 3.Immunocompromised patients or patients suffering from debilitating systemic diseases. 4.Patients with severe periodontal disease.
