Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inborn stable neonates (not requiring resuscitation beyond â??initial stepsâ??) delivered through meconium-stained amniotic fluid at a gestational age of >= 34 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Major congenital anomaly 2. Known contraindications to breastfeeding
