| To assess correlation of serial VEXUS score and AKI in patients with sepsis/septic shock in ICUTimepoint: Day 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Whether addition of RRI to VEXUS score will add sensitivity to predict AKITimepoint: Day 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier;Whether change in VEXUS score predicts AKI earlier then creatinine or urine output changeTimepoint: Day 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier;Whether individual components of VEXUS score correlated with AKITimepoint: Day 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier;Whether VEXUS score correlate with all-cause mortality at ICU dischargeTimepoint: At ICU discharge;Whether VEXUS score correlate with ICU stay & mechanical ventilation daysTimepoint: At discharge/death from ICU;Whether VEXUS score correlate with requirement of Renal Replacement TherapyTimepoint: ay 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier | — |
