Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 18 years being admitted to ICU with diagnosis of/ or develop sepsis/septic shock (as per sepsis 3)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known cases of cirrhosis with portal hypertension, 2.Inadequate window 3.IVC thrombus 4.Already having AKI/CKD 5.Known case of right heart compromise (diagnosed on previous echo), 6.Known case of Pulmonary artery hypertension, 7.Known case of Tricuspid regurgitation, 8.Abdominal compartment syndrome 9.Abdominal surgery

To assess correlation of serial VEXUS score and AKI in patients with sepsis/septic shock in ICUTimepoint: Day 0,2,3,5 after ICU admission or need of renal replacement therapy which ever is earlier—
