Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients consent 2. BMI 3. Hemoglobin level >10 gm/dl in Pre-Anesthetic Assessment 4.Patient posted for elective abdominal oncosurgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal to give consent 2. Age 60 years 3. Patient suffering from cardiac pathology, documented peripheral vascular disease and haemoglobinopathies 4. BMI >30 5. Hemoglobin <10gm/dl in Pre-Anesthetic Assesment.

To compare haemoglobin values between Non invasive Continuous Hemoglobin monitor and Quantitative Point Of Care Whole Blood Hemoglobin Monitor in major oncosurgery for guiding blood transfusionTimepoint: Invasive Hemoglobin monitoring will be used to obtain hemoglobin values at baseline (immediate preoperative),intraoperative (at every 30 minutes & sudden excessive blood loss) and immediate postoperative . Continuous Non invasive Hb monitoring will be done continuously

1. To compare the number of units of blood transfused during intraoperative period. 2. To assess the hemodynamic changes intra operativelyTimepoint: Every 30 minutes Intraoperatively
