Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients consent 2. BMI 3. Hemoglobin level >10 gm/dl in Pre-Anesthetic Assessment 4.Patient posted for elective abdominal oncosurgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal to give consent 2. Age 60 years 3. Patient suffering from cardiac pathology, documented peripheral vascular disease and haemoglobinopathies 4. BMI >30 5. Hemoglobin <10gm/dl in Pre-Anesthetic Assesment.
