Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of cardiac output (CO) measured by Flo Trac with that of CO obtained from TEE and PAC intraoperatively in patients undergoing LDLTTimepoint: 8 time points T0 â?? After induction when the hemodynamics is stable T1 â?? After 1 hour of Induction of anesthesia, T2 â?? After 2 hours of Induction of anesthesia, T3 â?? Before the portal vein is clamp, T4 â?? 10 minutes after the portal vein is clamped, T5 â?? Before the reperfusion of graft, T6 â?? 5 minutes after the reperfusion of graft, T7 â?? Before the abdominal closure.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Correlation of intraoperative changes in trends of CO & CI (Cardiac Index) obtained from Flo Trac, TEE & PAC. 2. Any incidental finding on TEE.Timepoint: 8 time points T0 â?? After induction when the hemodynamics is stable T1 â?? After 1 hour of Induction of anesthesia, T2 â?? After 2 hours of Induction of anesthesia, T3 â?? Before the portal vein is clamp, T4 â?? 10 minutes after the portal vein is clamped, T5 â?? Before the reperfusion of graft, T6 â?? 5 minutes after the reperfusion of graft, T7 â?? Before the abdominal closure.
