Health Condition 1: G442- Tension-type headache

Interventions

Intervention1: Munzij wa mushil and Dry cupping: Munzij- i-Safra for initial 10 days and Mushil-i-Safra will be added with the former on 5thand 10thday for Tanqia. The ingredients of Munzij-i-safra w
boiled and filtered as earlier and given to drink in the morning to the patients.17 Hijama bila shart will be started from 0 day and repeated on every 3rdday, for a total of 15 days(total 05 sittings

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients conforming to ICHD-3 diagnostic criteria of CTTH (2) Intensity of headache score on VAS equal or >3 (3) Agree to participate in this study and provide written informed consent (4) Able to complete the headache diary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Headache caused by other medical disorders (e.g., subarachnoid hemorrhage,cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism, cerebral thrombosis, vascular malformation, arthritis, hypertension, or arteriosclerosis) (2) Patients having any serious co-morbidity involving liver, kidney, cardiovascular, endocrinal and metabolic disorders etc. (3) Pregnant or lactating women (4) Patients not willing to take the treatment as per protocol
