Inclusion criteria: Subjects presenting with lakshanas of parikartika explained in various classics Subjects suitable for kshara karma and agnikarma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having fissure in ano with any systemic disorders interfering with the course of study Fissure in ano associated with complications
